SERIAL NUMBER 001 WITH BTBS PREFIX! Ships with the red dot zeroed. Simply pick up, load up, and shoot.. or unfired your choice.
MAGNAPORT CUSTOM: Shipped to Magnaport for their compensation package. Decreases recoil by as much as 33%. Magnaporting decreases muzzle flip and recoil allowing the end user to put voluminous rounds downrange and on target in an extremely fast and expeditious manner. I have been told by “professional trainers” a 9mm does not need to be compensated. Ok. Then they watch us shoot..
GLOCK G17 GEN 5 MOS: Rockegroup is still carrying G17 Glock Gen 3 models (since we own a couple crates). This is the latest greatest Gen 5 MOS which should need no introduction. Gen5 pistols feature over 20 design modifications from their Gen4 predecessors, including the GLOCK Marksman Barrel, nDLC finish, ambidextrous slide stop lever, the removal of finger grooves and a flared mag-well. Full sized service pistol as issued worldwide. This is the Glock you use for OWB carry, home defense, all training courses. You carry that G43 thingy in Arizona out to the mall.. that’s about it. Serial number #001 with the BTBS prefix as contracted for a Russian satellite government as described below. Since the Russians invaded Ukraine all contracts are off and we get it. Serial number description at the end of the listing.
TRIJICON SRO RED DOT: Trijicon Specialized Reflex Optic (SRO™) 2.5 MOA Adjustable LED red dot. The wide field of view and clean, crisp dot makes it easy for users to find and track the dot in Law Enforcement as well as civilian shooting applications, helping improve shooting accuracy and speed. Every SRO features both manual and automatic LED brightness modes and a 3-year battery life. The SRO is designed to survive the rigors of slide ride pistols and is engineered for hard use. Forged housing protects the lenses and electronics, and it has been tested to survive typical pistol mounted drops.
2.5 MOA: The SRO has a 2.5 MOA or equals 2.5 inches at 100 yards. Theoretically. The brighter the red dot the larger the dot becomes. If you are in a CQB scenario you can increase dot size by increasing illumination. If you are in a precision mode you can decrease the illumination for a smaller crisp precision dot. The 2.5 MOA is the most sought after MOA in the SRO line. The SRO red dot has proven to be an enhanced fighting, competition, and target tool. Near sighted, far sighted, old coot sighted of no matter. The red dot is in one focal plane with your target. Iron sights have three focal planes; front sight, rear sight, and target. The enhanced ability is demonstrated on the 25 yard line. 75 feet away most of us cannot hit squat; the red dot increases hit potential exponentially.
TRIJICON SRO/RMR SIGHTS: Trijicon tritium night sights, suppressor height, co-witness though the SRO. If for some odd reason you turn the SRO off rather than leave it on ALL THE TIME (it has a 3 year battery life) you can still use the iron sights. These premier night sights will glow for over 12 years. At least.
GLOCK GEN 5 MAGAZINES: Ten (10) Glock G17 Gen 5 magazines with orange followers. Eight of the magazines are shipped in the Galati magazine holder. Mags hold 17 rounds but substitutions are available for Colorado (15 round) and other restrictive 10 round states.
AMMUNITION #1: Two unopened cases of 500 rounds, total 1000 rounds, Federal FMJ Full Metal Jacket brass reloadable. Practice ammunition, outdoor ammunition. Not home defense; these bullets will go through your house and out the other side. Ok unless they hit 5 2×4 boards the stove and the fridge.
AMMUNITION #2: Premier home defense/offense humanoid extirpation ammunition. Hornady 124 Grain XTP, 250 round case of 10 boxes. Supreme accuracy and maximum knock down power; Hornady Custom ammo loaded with the famous Hornady XTP (Extreme Terminal Performance) bullet. RAMBLINGS: FULL SIZE DUTY PISTOLS/CROSSOVER COMPACT: So most of you already know I have an issue with about 1/2 of gunriters but here is another example. I’m a readin Guns & Ammo or some such keeping current and I read an article from a gunriter whom states to all far and wide that if your EDC (everyday carry pistol) is a Glock 43 sub-compact, or a S&W Shield .380 compact, or a 5 shot detective special ultralight that is what you must take to all of your training courses. Cause he’s an idjit whom never went to a 5 day training course where you shoot 500 rounds per day. I mean dumbass. Yep I said it. Your training pistol is a full sized duty pistol. Your home defense pistol is a full sized duty pistol. The one you carry in your center console is a full sized duty pistol. Your OWB open carry is a full size duty pistol. Alas, for a vast majority of us our EDC is typically a compact or sub-compact pistol. Less weight, easier to conceal. Also holds less rounds, is not as accurate, and is certainly not as manageable nor as recoil absorbent as our duty pistol. It is a teeny thingy for emergencies or to allow us time to get to our.. duty pistol! We become proficient with our compact or sub-compact teeny EDC thingy but we learn and practice with our full size duty pistol(s). The odds of using your full size duty pistol for the vast majority of us far outweigh the odds of us using our subcompact thingy at Starbucks. Ok so I digress a bit. Go ahead and take a sub-compact pistol which holds 7 rounds to a 5 day training course; say Gunsite. A subcompact is NOT designed to fit anyone’s hands it is designed to be teeny. So you will get blisters. Fast. Since you brought 5 total magazines (three extra cause you’re smart) you have four on your person and one in the weapon. Total 35 rounds. I have 5 mags also which = 85 rounds. So I stand around with my thumb up my butt waiting for you to reload every 4 minutes. You cannot hit squat past 10 feet so now you are depressed cause you’re that “guy” or “gal”. You also go home the 2d day or the instructor has a few quiet words with you. And you go home that day.
