PISTOL: Glock G44 .22 LR ships with two Glock OEM barrels one standard and one threaded for suppressor use. Awesome packable pistol for back country hikes. Awesome trainer as it mimics the G19 in size. Awesome proficiency tool as you can get ammo for a .22 but not for a 9mm. In addition you can shoot ten times as much and clean ten times less, never wear out your barrel, carry in the same G19 or G17 holster and equipment you currently have. From Glock “The G44 is the ideal pistol to start or enhance your shooting experience. The innovative design of the hybrid steel-polymer slide chambered in our first .22 caliber round provides a lightweight and low recoil functionality for optimal control. The G44 was thoroughly tested with a wide variety of ammunition to ensure maximum performance and redefine what small can do. The G44 is a compact size pistol with the ability to adapt to nearly every hand size by using the different backstraps supplied with the pistol. The G44 comes standard with the GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) for increased accuracy and precision. The right equipment is essential. The G44 comes with adjustable rear sights and two load-assist magazines. Everything that a well prepared shooter needs”.
ROCKEGROUP PACKAGE:
AMMUNITION #1: Full 1000 round brick of FMJ full metal jacket or “round nose” practice or outdoor “penetrating” ammunition. This can double as your go to survival ammunition for larger game. Note I said “survival” aka last resort. This is premier Eley ammunition out of Britain; you know the blokes whom manufacture ammunition for the Olympics..
AMMUNITION #2: Small game hunting ammunition, hollow points. Bunnies, squirrels, possum, racoons.. this is also humanoid self defense ammunition for those in a position where the .22 LR is their only alternative. Two hundred rounds (200).
SAFARILAND ALS HOLSTER: Safariland USN stamped and LE issue lined Glock 19 holster, paddle or belt, OWB concealed or open carry. Built to Gov’t specs with the locking ALS system. The NSN number is stamped on the rear of the holster. The “USN” has nothing to do with the United States Navy. It is a stocking number for the Government. “ALS system provides greater protection against attempted weapon takeaways. A molded sight track and soft suede protect the gun’s sights and finish. Suede lining helps to protect the gun’s finish”. The paddle is removable and the included belt system attaches in it’s place for those so inclined. Paddle has a “latch” to lock onto your belt so the holster itself cannot be snatched and in addition has the ALS automatic locking system. This does not have the shroud over the ALS making it the fastest unlocking holster in the world. On your draw your thumb while grabbing the butt of the pistol automatically releases the lock. The G19 and G44 are the same size and accept the same holster.
MAGAZINES/ACCESSORIES: Six Glock OEM magazines. One in the pistol, one in the case, and four in the included magazine holder. Ships in the Glock soft case with the Glock standard plastic stamped Glock case. Magazines are 10 round.
