TRIJICON HD XR ORANGE FRONT SIGHT: Used for advanced target identification and engagement at increased distances, ideal for police and competitive shooters. Thinner front sight post allows the shooter to have a larger field of view which further enhances the ability to identify targets, expedite engagements and see hits on target at longer distances. For local and federal law enforcement and pistol shooters that need the advantage of a more precise engagement and hit placement. Rear sight is the wide “U” notch Tactical Edge serrated at 40lpi to reduce glare.
OHESO CERTIFICATED: One Handed Emergency Slide Operation (OHESO) works on the theory that you will not be unscathed in a gunfight. If’n you lose the ability to utilize an extremity ie arm you can use the other arm ie extremity to rack the slide off your pants, curb, wall, what have you by “hooking” or snagging the rear sight and racking the slide. The sights will hold the slide immobile while you run the frame. OHESO is an acronym “invented” by Rockegroup, LLC, so when you go to Gunsight and hear Corey yapping “OHESO this and OHESO that” you can thank us..
WILSON COMBAT BLACKOUT: Six HD magazines from Wilson Combat in “Blackout”. Eight round magazines w/ one chambered punches your 1911 to 9 round capacity. Extended baseplate is hard plastic = drop proof. ETM Heavy Duty/+P rated with stainless flatwire MAX spring and stainless steel ETM tube. Heat-treated MAX flatwire construction never gets stressed or over-compressed like a conventional spring and is guaranteed to never require replacement even after high round counts or daily, extreme duty use. “WILSON COMBAT 800-45FS8AB ETM-V VICKERS DUTY MAGAZINE .45 ACP, 8 ROUND, FULL SIZE, ALUMINUM BASE PAD, FLUOROPOLYMER FINISH”. Awesome +P rated magazines; no longer manufactured or available since Larry Vickers ex Special Forces (Green Berets) ex Delta pled guilty to two felonies for illegally obtaining and selling fully automatic weapons and will be residing in a federal penitentiary shortly. Wilson Combat wasted no time scrubbing his name from their entire product line but that does not change the fact that these are simply the finest magazines ever manufactured. These magazines are running $62 each shipped at Mile High and Optics Planet today.
KENAI CENTER CHEST HOLSTER: Custom order, custom color (matching the pistol). The Kenai center chest holster was originally developed for backcountry carry, ie “bear protection” holsters. Worn with the included strap system (not shown) the holster sits comfortably high center chest either over or under clothing. Center chest makes your pistol immediately accessible for emergency use. These holsters have gained a following for both LE and civilian use as they are perfect “driving” holsters (think about it) and in addition in inclement or cold weather climes can be more advantageous than a hip or shoulder holster. In addition those with disabilities may find the center chest method advantageous vs hip carry.
SWAT VEST: Absolutely essential for the civilian whom wishes to have immediate access to their pistol and ammunition and light and AR mags and knife(s) and and and. SWAT vest is not a bulletproof vest nor a plate carrier. Vest holds your pistol and magazines and essentials and is hung in your closet or lying under your bed or in the trunk of your car or at the office; when the need arises simply throw it on and everything required is at your finger tips. Yep I have been found buck naked in the middle of the night with a SWAT vest on. Ok inside my own home though..
