GLOCK G47X TAC “C” (G47XC MOS) SET OF TWO: Originally developed for the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) as a modular pistol (model G47) with a shortened dust cover and parts compatibility with the G19 Gen5 MOS, and G45 MOS and the G17 series (Gen5). The G47 has morphed into a full fledged tactical/combat pistol for law enforcement and military. This set of XC MOS modular pistols has the ability to run as full size combat pistols with, or without, the SOCOM red dot and yet can be swapped out as G19 EDC pistols or G45 MOS pistols.
TRIJICON SOCOM RMR RED DOT TYPE 2: Selected by U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) for the Handgun Reflex Sight (HRS) Contract. Military issue hard-anodized coyote brown coating and mandated Government markings which identify its date of manufacture, unique serial number, UID plate. The red dot may be easily removed via a two screw Torx and a cover plate installed to run iron sights if mission preferred.
TACTICAL/COMBAT THREE BARREL SYSTEM
1) COMPENSATED BARREL: Each pistol ships with a compensated (ported) barrel which is serialized to the frame and slide. Magnaport compensated pistols run with up to a 33% decrease in recoil enabling the end user to put more rounds on target in a faster more accurate and efficient manner.
2) LAW ENFORCEMENT BARREL: The included LEO barrel is a straight non compensated Glock barrel. Various Law Enforcement departments prohibit uniformed and non SWAT personnel to use a “C” barrel (meaning ported or compensated). The downside of a compensated barrel is that it expels gasses and some detritus upward through the ports in the barrel and slide. If an officer is in a CQB battle scenario and has to fire their weapon with said weapon directly next to or under their face the expelled gases may get in his/her eyes causing temporary blindness.
3) SUPPRESSOR READY BARREL: The third included barrel is for suppressor use and is also non compensated. The end cap of this barrel (as shown in the pictures) screws off allowing a suppressor to be screwed on.
TWENTY MAGAZINES, GLOCK, ISSUE:
* Four Glock G19x tactical magazines, Coyote Brown, 100% Glock manufacture. These are tactical magazines and have 19+1 capability. Twenty (20) rounds.
* Ten Glock Gen5 flush fit 17 round magazines, Coyote Brown, 100% Glock manufacture, orange followers. Standard tactical/combat 17+1 capability, flush fit.
* Six Glock Gen5 flush fit 17 round magazines, Black w/ Coyote Brown baseplates, orange followers. Black are designated in the XC line as your practice or range magazines.
GEMTECH ISSUE LANYARDS: Each pistol comes with the military issue/spec Gemtech Coyote Brown lanyard. Each lanyard has a quick disconnect and in addition a 100lb tensile strength cable designed to snap in an emergency scenario. For law enforcement and mission specific military needs; invaluable for prevention of loss of the sidearm during high activity or marine operations. Adjustable belt loop with a side release buckle to facilitate detaching the retained weapon from the belt loop. Programmed breaking strength of approximately 100 pounds to prevent serious user injury in the unlikely event the weapon becomes caught in machinery. This feature has saved the life of more than one of our armed forces. These lanyards are easily removable when not mission required.
SUPPRESSOR HEIGHT SIGHTS: The suppressor height sights may be used with the SOCOM RMR red dot installed as they co-witness through the RMR itself.
NANUCKIAN CANUCKIAN HARD CASE: The hard case is imported from Canada; airline approved, lockable. Configured to hold four pistols and ten magazines. Military OD Green.
GLOCK 47XCMOS: 47 is the model. “X” designates these are “tactical” versions. “C” designates a compensated or ported pistol. “MOS” denotes the platform is optics ready.
