With improved ballistics, precision manufacturing, and smart integration of optics and ammo, we’re offering a new standard for straight-wall hunting. We’ve paired our precision rifle platform with proprietary .450 Bushmaster ammunition engineered for long-range performance. By combining high-BC bullets and modern powders, our custom loads unlock exceptional capability from the Bushmaster case – extending its effective range beyond 400 yards. Our custom .450 Bushmaster load fires a 327-grain bullet at approximately 2,000 fps – exceeding the performance of traditional 250-grain factory loads at hunting ranges. At distance, the heavier, high-BC projectile delivers significantly reduced wind drift, superior retained velocity, and devastating terminal performance. It’s designed to perform where standard Bushmaster rounds fall short”.
GUNWERKS 500 YARD .450 BUSHMASTER LONG RANGE PACKAGE WITH BDC: Gunwerks entered new territory with the .450 Bushmaster with the goal of doubling the conventional effective distance of this cartridge -targeting 500 yards and beyond. To achieve this this specific rifle platform is tuned for the Gunwerks included ammunition and the premier Leupold Mark 5HD optic which has a custom turret from Leupold specifically for the Gunwerks proprietary .327 Grain bullet. The dial is numbered in yards; target at 300 yards dial to “3”. Target at 550 yards dial to “5.5”.
GUNWERKS RETICLE/LEUPOLD OPTICS/LEUPOLD BDC: Leupold 3.6-18×44 RH1 MOA premier 5 HD optic. Uber light, superior quality; allows the end user to utilize the .450 Bushmaster past 500 yards with no issue. Gunwerks has the Ballistic Drop Compensator (BDC) turret installed, certificated, and zeroed. Using the included ammunition the turret dials past 700 yards. Target at 550 yards? Turn the turret to 5.5 and hold dead on. 250 yards? “2.5”. Includes the anti cant device (bubble level) from Revic/Gunwerks. At 3x power you have a crystal sight picture as close as 15 yards yet can crank to 18x power for your 550 yard shot (on steel). Note this also includes the Leupold MOA turret (which you should never need).
LONG RANGE PACKAGE: Includes barrel break in, scope validation, data package, ballistic turret, tuned rifle with Gunwerks custom .327 grain Elite Hunter ammunition, rifle zero.

Carbon fiber, titanium, and anodized aluminum, it disappears on your rifle until the moment you need rock-solid support—then delivers an unmatched 5–19 inches of height in seconds. Note this rifle has a forward underbelly integral picatinny rail for the bipod and a Gunwerks/Revic ARCA rail has been installed.
GUNWERKS HARDCASE: This case comes with a custom cut, high density foam, made to accommodate this Gunwerks rifle build. This is the toughest case we have found to date and it is warrantied for life.
