KIMBER SET OF TWO MAGNAPORT 3″ K6s LOK CUSTOMS INC KENAI / BACK UP OR EDC / .357 MAG

$3,881.00

Description

KIMBER SET OF TWO MAGNAPORT QUADPORT 3 INCH .357 MAGNUM EDC OR OUTDOOR BACKUP WITH KIRKPATRICK + SPEEDLOADERS + KENAI CENTER CHEST +

KIMBER K6s THREE INCH OUTDOOR: The three inch Kimber revolvers are my personal rave faves. In this format we can use them for outdoor back up with the Kenai center chest rig (included). Black bear, Mountain Lion, SFH (Strange Freaky Humanoids), rabid racoons etc etc. Hiking, bicycling, camping… perfect with the Kenai center chest holster. Brown Bear type back up jump to the .44 Magnum (S&W Model 69) or the 10mm.

KIMBER K6s THREE INCH EDC: There are numerous reasons to use a revolver as an EDC piece vs a semi-auto. Revolvers typically will not jam or malfunction compared to the semi. Revolvers do not have a strong learning curve. Revolvers withstand abuse, dirt, grime better than a semi. Revolvers will run and discharge when pressed into your adversary whilst a semi typically will malfunction.

OFF TOPIC NON SENSICAL RAMBLINGS: Since we got on it it is stunning how many self proclaimed “shooters” do not routinely train with their semi-auto of choice resulting in a fiasco when required to actually utilize their weapon. Magazine ejection whilst attempting to shoot is nigh to an epidemic. Critical malfunctions are not out of the ordinary… at all. These malfunctions are due to operator error; loose grip, shooting one handed, what have you. Simply not practicing enough and if/when practicing not being “real”. Ejecting your magazine into your hand and setting on a table? WTF? Really? I have watched an LEO mag dump and then look for somewhere to set his empty magazine to reload! If you are clueless the proper way to reload is to eject your magazine and let if fly wherever it wants while you load another. That means your precious magazine falls onto the asphalt or dirt when you are on the range and reloading. GUESS WHAT? A REVOLVER HAS NONE OF THE ISSUES DESCRIBED ABOVE!

MAGNAPORT QUAD PORTING: Two compensated oval ports on each side of the barrel results in the shooter being more comfortable and able to return the gun to a firing position more quickly because of softer recoil. Substantial recoil reduction allows the end user to put more rounds on target faster and more accurately than a non compensated revolver.

LOK CUSTOM GRIPS: Fuller size LOK grips allow the end user to more easily control magnum recoil thus putting more rounds on target in a faster and more efficient manner. Period. These grips will allow all end users to instantly acquire a secure hold without “searching” or adjustment.
* LOK Kimber K6S DASA |DAO Revolver Palm Swell grips are larger than the stock grips with an ergonomic shape that comfortably fills the palm of your hand.
* Veloce texture is a mix of aggressive textures running multiple directions to prevent slippage and keep you on target.
* Compatible with the included Kimber speedloaders
* G-10 composite garolite is a high-pressure fiberglass laminate and is the toughest of the glass laminates. Favored for its high strength, low moisture absorption, and high level of electrical insulation and chemical resistance. These properties are maintained not only at room temperature but also under humid or moist conditions.

KENAI CUSTOM CENTER CHEST: The non catalog custom order Kenai rig is centered on your chest with the included harness. Extremely comfortable with instant access. Can be worn over or under outer garments. Initially designed and utilized for Alaska outdoor back-up it has morphed into an EDC holster for OTR drivers, disabled, and those whom desire the ease of center chest carry.

KIRKPATRICK HOLSTER:Custom order, custom build. OWB holster which “hugs” the body for effective concealment. FBI cant, 1 1/2″ belt slots, double stitched, 8oz tanned leather. Molded for a perfect fit with this exact revolver.

COST/BUILD: One three inch K6s NIB is $1055 SHIPPED YOU GET TWO = $2110. Ship to Magnaport for their custom quad ports, $444 each shipped both ways = $888 with several months wait. Custom LOK Grips are $170 each x 2 = $340 with several months wait (again). Kenai non catalog center chest rig $216. Kirkpatrick custom holster, suede lined, $247.
