LONG RANGE PACKAGE: Turnkey long-range package includes mounted optics, verified ballistic data, custom yardage turret, and matched ammunition capable of reliable performance beyond 1,000 yards. The included turret ring is a “dial to” system for this specific rifle and ammunition; moose at 550 yards dial “5.5”. Muley at 800 dial to “8”. Massive brown Bear at 220 yards just dial it and hold dead on!
REVIC CUSTOM TURRET RING: The included turret ring is for the included 205 grain Berger Elite Hunter ammunition. Gunwerks Revic will supply you with a pop on turret ring for this rifle for any ammunition you choose to run (under $100 for each turret).
300 PRC PREFERRED CALIBRE: The .300 PRC has ammunition from 165 Grain deer and antelope cartridges to 215 Grain Brown Bear hammers! Shooting 165 grain cartridges recoil is the same as the 7 PRC. Move up to the Bear slayers and you can screw the included brake on and you are down to sub 7 PRC recoil levels.
300 PRC PREFERRED PART DEUX: Not a fan of the 7 PRC personally. It is billed and used for game to include Moose and Elk; personally I want to get up to the .300 Magnum and .33 calibers for all game Elk and above. The .300 PRC has over 21 commercially available cartridges today… for all North American Big game.
