RIFLE: Brand new arrival, custom order; immaculate. Carbine was built as a CQB Close Quarter Battle / Medium Range Counter Sniper System with all upgrades. Certainly qualifies as a hunting platform. Itemization is in the pictures but highlights include the 14.5″ Supermatch cryogenic barrel which insures sub 1/2″ MOA accuracy with premier ammunition.  Barrels are turned from the finest 416R stainless steel and then lead-lapped, button rifled using state-of-the-art equipment and air-gauged to ensure minimal bore diameter run out for peak accuracy. Cryogenically treated for cold bore shot predictability, minimum thermal drift, outstanding accuracy and extended barrel life. “The newest of our next generation receiver designs, the LTI-23™ maintains the signature JP styling and durability while shedding weight. This makes the LTI-23™ great for an easy carry precision build and the optimum for a light-weight carbine”. All upgrades/options; itemization and invoice are in the pictures.

7.62 NATO / .308 VS .300 BLACKOUT: Hey I get it you love the .300 Blackout cause it shoots the same bullet as a .308 but in a standard AR platform. Developed for CQB Close Quarter Battle. Worthless after 150 yards or so and dead before 300 yards. So I do not own one personally.. since I can shoot the exact same bullet in a platform that weighs the same but now shoots, and hits (with boring regularity) silhouettes at 500 plus yards. Oh.. and has a 14.5″ Supermatch barrel so it is the same length as your AR which means I can room clear and easily work in and manipulate any CQB environ that your .300 BO will.  Yet mine has ammo availability worldwide since the 7.62 is issued to every NATO country and every deer camp in the world has .308 ammunition. Really tough choice..

STEINER MILITARY OPTIC: Military issue Steiner M8Xi is the newest version of the CQBMRSS as issued to military forces. At 1x the optic is used as a red dot in CQB close quarter battle scenarios from 1 foot out to as far as you desire; by cranking up to 8x the ability to engage silhouettes at 800 meters and or make the “apricot” shot is apparent. Reticle has an “enemy combatant” graph or rangefinder. By putting the “enemy combatant” in the graph an instant range estimation from 200-800 meters is shown.  Graph can be utilized for any known objects size; ie, deer runs 36 ” tall (body), coyote 24 inches at the shoulder etc. Of course as a sniper you already know the standard door size, standard window dimensions and can use those for your range estimation. Steiner military division; “used today by Special Forces around the globe – Steiner sets a new benchmark with the ultimate DMR (Designated Marksman Riflescope) M8Xi 1-8×24 with an 8x zoom and an outstanding field of view (4.8-34.2 m at 100 m). The 8x zoom gives the operator more flexibility and a higher resolution from close quarter to mid-range scenarios while the large field of view and the outstanding optical quality create a perfect overview of the surroundings at all times. The new M8Xi 1-8×24 has been designed to resist the toughest conditions and is already proven battle worthy and beyond”.

SPECIAL FORCES STEINER ISSUE OPTIC II: This is the finest rifle scope currently manufactured and will be for years to come. Name any optic manufacturer (any) and they will not compare. Period. Longest eye relief available with generous reticle acquisition unlike any scope on the market.. mount this carbine and the reticle and/or red dot is instantly acquired. No tilting your head or pulling back or forward to find the optics “sweet spot”. Massive 34mm tube. Also the most expensive on the market at $4,274. Steiner will no longer manufacture these for civilian use as they have proven cost prohibitive (for civilians). Military and LE contract only. Note: our carbines are available as equipped for civilian sale as shown to include the Steiner optic.

STEINER OPTIC M8Xi III: THIS IS A “RED DOT” AND AN 8X POWERED MID RANGE (700 YARDS) OPTIC! For house clearing or CQB the optic has a red dot when at 1x power with an illumination knob. Night vision compatible. The reticle as shown in the pictures appears as you crank the magnification up; yes I am being redundant. At 1x power this is a red dot optic!

STEINER SPECIAL FORCES M8Xi OPTIC IV: The Steiner website will not sell these scopes to civilians; this is what is shown on their website: “DEFENSE AND LE PURCHASERS: To inquire about purchasing this product for military, defense and/or law enforcement applications, please check with your local Steiner Defense dealer. If unable to find a local military/law enforcement dealer please contact us.” Once again your package will include the military issue Steiner optics!

LARUE 34MM QUICK DETACH MOUNT: The Steiner is mounted on a Larue SPR-S mount. Mount has 10 MOA of down angle to allow for shooting at longer ranges, places the centerline of the optic 1.44″ above the top of the rail, extended cantilever positions the scope far out front over the handguard. Split vertical rings with threaded steel inserts. Locking LaRue Speed Levers provide outstanding return to zero; the optic can be removed, and replaced, without loss of zero. Guaranteed. If you want to clean your weapon faster and easier simply pop off the scope and pop on when done. Running thermal or a dedicated night vision platform the scope pops off. Again, when you re-mount the scope you do not have to check your zero.. all good!

TROY BUIS BRAUN: Troy BUIS back up iron sight system installed. The front and rear sights have a port side release button which raises the respective sight for use. HK style ears on the front sight. When not in use they lie flat and are snag free. If/when you have the scope off the BUIS may be utilized. Easily removed if desired.

BATTLE LIGHT: Surefire Mini Scout Light Pro, Black, model M340C-BK-PRO. “Increase Force. Decrease Mass. The Mini Scout Light Pro is mighty in stature yet minimal in structure. It feeds off a single 123A lithium battery, indestructible LED devours darkness with 500 lumens of light focused by a TIR lens into a high-intensity beam. It’s ideal for close- to longer-range operations. Low-Profile Mount (LPM) allows the user to optimize the light’s position relative to the rail. Ultra-compact Mini Scout Light Pro withstands the rigors of combat without weighing down your weapon”. 175 meter range = 191 yards = 2 football fields.

MAGPUL GEN2 UBR STOCK: Fixed cheek piece provides a consistent cheek weld in any of its eight positions; designed to accommodate large bore AR calibers and withstand severe impacts. Front and rear QD sling attachment points, two footman’s loops, MOE SL™ angled-toe rubber butt-pad, and customizable storage compartment. Note the AR style MIAD grip also has integral storage.

BUTTSTROKE APPROVED: Although Magpul will not release the tensile strength per square inch of the UBR stock it is “Buttstroke Approved”. Utilizing the standard buttstroke on an opponents head will not damage the stock itself; however, dependent on how the buttstroke was applied and the amount of kinetic energy imparted on your opponent an additional stock strike (or two) may be required.

MINIMAL RECOIL: As configured carbine has nigh to no recoil; custom build with the low mass bolt carrier, Generation 2 Silent Captured Spring System, custom JP Tactical Compensator, light classified barrel. Less than your .300 Blackout. Note the classification “light” for barrel ain’t. It would be considered a “medium” contour or slightly heavier and wider barrel for heavy strings of fire.

JP TACTICAL COMPENSATOR: The compensator decreases felt recoil enabling the end user to put more rounds on target faster while maintaining the sight picture. The compensator expels gases to the side of the shooter which negates the use of this carbine for Law Enforcement. Anyone standing shoulder to shoulder with you WILL feel a concussive blast and elevated discharge volume. Bystanders or other shooters need to be to the side and rear of the shooter or 5′ to the side with ears on if “on line”.

THERMAL HEAT DISSIPATOR: Carbine has a custom JP thermal heat dissipator which increases mass which in turn allows the barrel to heat even slower and cool even faster during high strings of fire.

ATLAS BIPOD GEN 2 CAL: Cant and Loc bipod with a wider footprint for additional stability. Duofold bipod; legs fold forward or backward. Note this carbine without the bipod excels as a CQB platform for room clearing or as a standard infantry carbine. If you are using for home defense or CQB the bipod has a quick release mount which pops the bipod off. If you are hunting or smacking silhouettes at 700 yards the bipod is invaluable. This is the same bipod used by SOCOM and has an NSN number listed on the BT site.

MAGPUL ASAP W/ SLING: Carbine accepts the dual Magpul sling in single point configuration or as a dual point sling. The Magpul ambidextrous sling attachment point is a plug in sling system mount installed in the front, and under, the UBR stock. You can plug in the included Magpul sling in the single point configuration here. For use as a dual point sling the forward rail has a sling receptacle installed and the stock has sling receptacles.

LANCER WARFIGHTER MAGAZINES: Includes premier Lancer 7.62 magazines. Four Lancer Warfighter magazines in matching Coyote Brown.

COST/BUILD: Invoice is in the pictures for the rifle in a cardboard box; no scope, nothing else. $4473 shipped rifle only. Premier Steiner Military MX8i 1-8 $4274 direct from Steiner (on their military website). Larue SPR-S quick detach mount $444. Scope mount, install, box test, zero, $250. Complete set of Troy FDE BUIS $199. BT Atlas duofold CAL bipod, quick release, $333, Surefire Battle Light 331. Magpul adaptable single/dual system sling $99, four upgraded Lancer Warfighter magazines $101. Issue drag bag $297. Grand total to “build” your own would run $10,801. Then add GB fees.. Az pays tax visa mc discover AMEX add 3.5%

FLAG FLYING BACKWARD DISCOUNT: The United States flag on the starboard side of the carbine is not flying “backward”. Any representation of the Stars and Stripes is to be shown as if the flag was “in the wind” meaning the stars are frontal.
