GUNWERKS MAGNUS .300 PRC WITH GUNWERKS CASED AMMUNITION, KAHLES, ATLAS BIPOD, HARD CASE, LONG RANGE PACKAGE, BALLISTIC TURRET, ANTI-CANT, GUNWERKS HARD CASE, THREE MAGAZINES, ULFHEDNAR ++

  • ORANGE ORANGE ORANGE: Let’s get this out of the way first! Orange on a hunting firearm or hunting knife certainly makes a knowledgeable hunter ecstatic. He/she knows deer, moose, elk, bear, cats and dogs and coyotes cannot differentiate “orange” ie they do not “see” orange. Ok turkeys do so do not hunt turkeys with this .300 PRC Alex. Hunt enough and the day will come on the 10th day of a Moose hunt when you set up your pup tent in Nowhere Alaska and lay your rifle down in the grass. Yep need orange. Gut your harvest and set your blade down in the grass. Yep need orange.
  • PRICE IS FOR ONE ONE ONE RIFLE NOT TWO. ONE RIFLE AND AMMO AND ACCESSORIES AS DESCRIBED
  • coloration scheme is all pastel/matte colors very mute, very classy.

RIFLE DESCRIPTION: Magnus rifle with every upgrade including $975 add for Titanium action, detachable box magazine $275 upgrade, three magazine upcharge $187, picatinny rail $350 upgrade + another $100 for 20 moa, directional brake upgrade $250, long range package $1475 upgrade; standard LRP package is $995 this rifle’s turret uses the premier PLF Hunter Hammers and is $1495. If’n you are buying one off of Gunbroker you better see the packing list/invoice and make sure “Titanium” is the action.. not just a paint job. The Tectonic Orange scheme as described matches environs everywhere. Blends well with the KUIU “VIAS” pattern. The itemization for this rifle is in the pictures along with the cost for the rifle and scope only; hard case, bipod, and ammunition are hard adds. Magnus configuration has proven to be the best all around configuration for hunters.. not too light, not too heavy. This rifle comes in at just under 10lbs scoped.

GUNWERKS BDC/KAHLES OPTICS: The Kahles 3-18 Illuminated allows the end user to utilize the .300 PRC out to the 1400 yard mark with no issue. Gunwerks has the BDC turret installed, certificated, and zeroed. Using the included ammunition the turret dials to 1300 yards on the first revolution. Target at 550 yards? Turn the turret to 5.5 and hold dead on. 250 yards? “2.5”. Aoudad at 680 yards? Dial to the 6.75 hashmark and rack em. Includes the anti cant device (bubble level) installed by Gunwerks.

5-25 SCOPE YOU ARE NUTS: If you need a 5-25 scope you had best be a top tier match shooter or military sniper shooting past 1400 yards. An experienced hunter knows you cannot shoot an animal at 600 yards at 25x for numerous reasons (ok you can but you are a ding dong) and also knows parallax (mirage) will kill you at 25x and you will have to dial down and at 5x you cannot make a close range kill for squat and at 25x you will never find your animal after recoil for a follow up shot and and ad infinitum.

GUNWERKS LONG RANGE PACKAGE: This $995 Gunwerks upgrade includes barrel break in, scope validation, data package, ballistic turret, tuned rifle with ammunition, rifle zero.

CALIBRE .300 PRC: This rifle configuration in the .300 PRC takes all North American Big Game to include Brown Bear. This cartridge has the ability to extirpate game past 1500 yards; note note I am not advocating shooting game at 1500 yards. Simply pointing out the lethality of this cartridge at that distance. No reason this cartridge could not be your “one gun” cartridge. Deer and antelope are fair play and the .30 caliber covers the full spectrum of huntable game. Recoil for me is a non issue; with the Gunwerks brake and Magnus stock it is less than a .300 Win Mag. Forty rounds at a sitting is a non-issue which brings us to the 7 PRC..

7 PRC SUCKS: Got your attention. Nothing wrong with the 7 PRC we have several on order cause you want one BUT if you have a choice between the .300 PRC and the 7 PRC why go 7? Both cartridges are Long Action cartridges (surprise) so they both take the same action. The 7 PRC shoots 160 grain to 175 grain bullets (same as a.308) and yes can take Moose and Elk with excellent shot placement. The .300 PRC has ammunition from 190 grains to 225 grains and loads for whitetail deer to the king of North American game the Brown Bear. No brainer.

AMMUNITION: Premier Gunwerks ammunition. Six boxes, 120 rounds, 181 grain PLF Precision Lead Free, brand of bullet is HAMMER, bullet is the “HAMMER HUNTER”. I can personally attest the Hammer Hunter is exceptionally reliable near, mid, and at far distance. It is perfect for all North American Big Game and have no issues with Whitetail either..

EMERGENCY AMMUNITION NOTIFICATION: This rifle shoots all .300 PRC ammunition exceptionally well. It DOES NOT MATTER WHAT BULLET LOAD IS ON THE TURRET.. if you use a Revic BR4 rangefinder you can shoot ANY load with this rifle and the rangefinder superdupercomputer will adjust for altitude, inclination, temperature and bullet load + humidity curvature of the earth, the North Star etc etc and give you a “shoot to” in yards to your target!

ATLAS BIPOD: BT47-LW17 PSR Atlas Bipod Tall with ADM 170-S Lever. Quick release mount pops on/off the forward picatinny rail as desired. Folds forward and or backward depending on your current application.

GUNWERKS HARD CASE: The new Gunwerks “SlimLine” hard case is included as shown in the pictures. Airline approved, lockable.

COST/BUILD: The itemization for the rifle only NO BIPOD NO HARD CASE NO AMMO is in the pictures $14,424. Gunwerks is quoting a 5-6 month wait time. Yeah, ok. Add the hard case to your order $315. Ammunition from Gunwerks is $235 per box you get six boxes = $1410. Atlas TALL duofold bipod $350. Two extra magazines $187. Total will run you $16,686. Then add GB fees over $579.. Az pays tax visa mc discover add 3.5% with ID only.
